Dear Members & Supporters,
In consultation and collaboration with other community organisations, we have decided to launch the Bankstown Bulls ‘Fire Appeal’.
Members from the Bankstown Bulls including players from at least 3 senior teams will be traveling to fire affected areas on Saturday 30th November to distribute vital essentials to affected families and communities.
We are looking to mainly provide food and water to these communities. However, if we can raise enough money, we will be looking to purchase fodder and hay bales to enable the farmers and communities to sustain themselves moving forward with livestock and cattle.
We kindly request that you support us with this initiative by donating either money or other essentials.

Please ensure that the description of the donation is ‘fire appeal’ so we may distinguish it from other transactions.
We will use the money to purchase food and water. However, if we can raise enough money, we will be looking to purchase fodder and hay bales to enable the farmers and communities to sustain themselves moving forward with livestock and cattle.
All receipts from our donations will be posted for transparency and honesty in our dealings.
Food and water donations
If you’re unable to donate money, you can help by other means, including donating water and non-perishables.
Canned foods such as tuna are preferable as they have a long shelf life. These items can be found in almost any pantry. No amount is too small to donate.
Please note that we will not be accepting any clothing items as we have been advised that the affected communities have already received plenty.
Locations to provide any donations of canned food, packaged food or bottled water:
Ruse Park: November 26-28, between the hours of 4:00pm-7:30pm, located 84 Stacey St South, Bankstown.
Bankstown RSL Club: Until 8:00pm, Wednesday 27 November, located 1 Meredith St, Bankstown, drop off at reception.
We are also able to accept donations at other times by appointment.
